Security Compliance & Customer Assurance Analyst

📋 Description

• Hybrid role with 1 day in the office; remote option if located 100 km from Toronto or Montreal
• Owns execution of defined security compliance, customer assurance, risk management, and
• Maintains risk register and Drata compliance platform; updates evidence, tracks remediation, and
• Collaborates with Revenue teams; handles RFIs, security questionnaires, and annual risk assessments.
• Interacts with customers to clarify security posture and ensures outputs are validated against
• Proficient with Behavox AI tooling to automate compliance workflows while maintaining accuracy and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting compliance and audit activities; Internal ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• Knowledge of control evidence, assessment, and audit readiness; experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001
• Familiar with RFIs, security questionnaires, risk assessments, and GRC platforms.
• Ability to coordinate with internal owners and drive remediation & evidence-gaps to closure.
• AI-enabled workflow experience and ability to oversee automated evidence processing with validation.
• Strong communication skills for customer calls and cross-functional collaboration.
