Finance Manager - 12 month parental leave

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end month-end close for the Group with variance analysis.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and unit reporting.
• Be the escalation point for technical accounting and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop and coach a five-person financial accounting team.
• Guide ERP transition and support go-live in FY27.
• Collaborate with FC, CFO and IT to improve reporting accuracy and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• CA or CPA qualified with post-qualification experience in financial accounting/finance management.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency month-end close and consolidation.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and risk awareness.
• Experience in mid-size ERP; Oracle NetSuite is advantageous.
• Proven people leadership; ERP/finance systems transformation valued.
• Excellent communication with budget owners and executives.
