Manager, Manufacturing Design Engineering - Electric Motor

📋 Description

• Lead the Electric Motor/Drive Unit manufacturing team in high-volume production.
• Own specification, design, launch and ramp of advanced powertrain manufacturing equipment.
• Hands-on, deeply technical role solving complex manufacturing problems under schedule pressure.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Robotics with 2+ years of technical management and 5+
• Deep expertise in at least one drive unit subsystem (stator, rotor, inverter, gearbox, actuators).
• Experience with PLCs, industrial robotics (Fanuc, Kuka, ABB), vision/dispense systems, torque
• Capex budgeting, RFQ/vendor mgmt, line layout (AutoCAD/NX), FAT/SAT protocols.
• Proficient with 3D CAD, PLM (Teamcenter), MES, ERP platforms for factory data.
• Strong communication, ownership, bias-for-action in fast-paced hardware environment.
