Product Counsel

📋 Description

• Acting as the key point of contact within Legal for Binance’s products and services; coordinate
• Facilitate product development through design, launch, and ongoing advisory; identify and mitigate
• Advise on product compliance across jurisdictions, including licensing, approvals, and AML/CFT
• Draft, amend, and negotiate product-centric terms and contracts; prepare riskmitigating templates.
• Advise on product marketing, announcements, and social media campaigns.
• Advise on regulatory compliance for financial instruments and digital assets (MiCA, DORA, MIFID

🎯 Requirements

• Strong team player with business acumen and interest in crypto and digital assets markets.
• 8-10 years in law firm, financial services, or fast-paced tech company.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize across stakeholders; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Experience advising on digital assets and/or financial products; product counseling on privacy, IP
• Hands-on, proactive, independent project management; cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Regulatory/stakeholder engagement with regulatory and compliance teams.
