🎯 Requirements
- Senior+ IC with 2+ years in Engineering Management.
- Proven track record improving quality and speed via technical and process changes.
- Depth in distributed systems and data integrity at scale. Strong planning with Product/Tech Leads.
- Excellent communication across locations/time zones. Degree in CS or equivalent experience.
