Job Description
📋 Description
- Serve as senior SME for retirement plan consulting across technical and regulatory matters.
- Provide ERISA expertise to financial advisors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Advise on plan design, cost/impact analysis, benchmarking, and peer comparisons.
- Support prospective clients and advisors with design analysis and recommendations.
- Develop and deliver fiduciary training for plan committees.
- Present complex technical and regulatory information clearly to varied audiences.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, or
- 12+ years of relevant retirement plan industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERISA guidelines, retirement plan regulations, and qualified plan requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with defined contribution plans, especially 401(k) and 403(b).
- Experience in retirement plan administration or compliance with a recordkeeper or similar org.
- Strong understanding of plan design, fiduciary governance, regulatory compliance, and consulting
