📋 Description
- Be the internal Subject Matter Expertise of sanctions compliance, including risks, controls
- Support the Global Head of Sanctions to provide actionable advice to stakeholders pan Binance on
- Monitor regulatory developments in the region and translate into potential policy adjustments
- Evaluate processes for identifying sanctions risks and provide advisory challenge
- Ensure Binance entities investigate and remediate sanctions issues per policy and regulatory
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to embed sanctions controls globally
🎯 Requirements
- BA/BS or JD/Masters preferred
- ACAMS or ACFCS certification preferred
- 3+ years of sanctions compliance experience in a global financial institution
- Solid knowledge of banking, payment or crypto compliance frameworks
- Ability to work across functional and geographic lines with strong stakeholder management
- Flexible with deadlines and able to manage multiple projects
