Martech Solutions Manager

📋 Description

• Lead exploration, adoption, and integration of new Martech tech
• Bridge business needs to technical specs and delivery plans
• Own solutions engineering across MarTech systems
• Manage data integrations, API and event pipelines across tools
• Partner with Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams
• Evaluate build vs. buy and define integration standards

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in marketing technology, transformation, or solutions leadership
• Experience delivering new capabilities with 3rd party MarTech partners
• Expertise in personalized campaigns via MarTech, data warehouses
• Strong collaboration across Product, Marketing and Tech teams
• Proven ability to drive adoption through coaching and influence
• Familiar with OKR framework and agile delivery
