📋 Description
- Support maintenance, improvement, and development of HR information systems (Workday and other HR
- Act as internal contact for Workday, assisting with configuration changes, workflows, and system
- Troubleshoot HR system and data issues, identifying root causes and process gaps.
- Perform data audits, run queries, analyze data flows, and establish validation rules for data
- Promote data standardization and best practices for system administration and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years as a functional HRIS analyst with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- At least 1 year of Workday experience required.
- Solid understanding of HR principles and applying them to technology challenges.
- Experience troubleshooting HR systems, data analysis, and data integrity maintenance.
- Experience with Workday configuration, workflows, and reporting.
🎁 Benefits
- Annual compensation of $60,000–$68,000, based on experience with a max base of $68,000.
- Fully remote, nationwide position.
- Full-time schedule, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
