📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build recruitment strategies.
• Act as strategic advisor to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates via HireEz, LinkedIn, applications and referrals.
• Conduct detailed screenings for technical skills, culture add, and fit.
• Manage full cycle from posting to offer acceptance.
• Foster diverse candidate pools and collaborate with compensation, PBPs, legal, and finance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools.
• Ability to assess technical skills and candidate potential.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Data-driven approach to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations in a rapidly evolving tech org.
