• 15+ years in creative roles, with significant agency experience.
• Proven leadership of creative departments or large multi-disciplinary teams.
• Fluent in AI-enabled creative workflows (image, video, copy, audio).
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Deep design instincts across brand, campaigns, and digital formats.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and ethical, effective use in production pipelines.
