Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own the full accounting cycle, including account reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, and
• Oversee job costing and WIP schedules across multiple active construction projects.
• Manage percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and progress billing across projects.
• Provide financial guidance to leadership and support sound decision-making.
• Lead integration and optimization of external applications with QuickBooks Online.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, expense management, and vendor interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of accounting experience with U.S.-based companies; CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction or job-costed accounting across multiple projects.
• Experience with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams in public accounting or
• Ability to make sound financial judgments in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially remotely.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Slack, Google Sheets/Docs, Zoom/Meet, and Google Drive
