Senior Software Engineer (Capacity and Quota Management)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and evolve the Capacity and Quota Management control plane for compute resources.
• Build a capacity reservation engine for GPU reservations lifecycle.
• Improve resource rebalancing and automated reclamation for efficiency and reliability.
• Develop Quotas Control Plane across services for customer and internal requests.
• Implement resource distribution algorithms balancing capacity, requirements, and constraints.
• Provide APIs for visibility and control over resource limits and allocations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, backend or distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Python or ability to quickly become productive with the stack.
• Experience designing and building distributed backend systems and microservices.
• Understanding of distributed transactions, consistency models, and async workflows.
• Experience in scalable, resilient production services.
• Strong fundamentals, system reasoning, and architectural trade-off skills.
