📋 Description

• Lead AI-powered operations initiatives within Core Automation, focusing on compliance automation
• Build and manage engineering teams in the Compliance domain to guide feature development and
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, product, and leadership to turn vision into quarterly
• Apply GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI techniques to solve complex cross-functional challenges.
• Design scalable cloud-enabled systems with strong security and reliability.
• Coach teams on design principles, coding standards, and AI tooling adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of engineering management experience, including 2 years leading Managers.
• Proven track record building multi-tenant, distributed systems at scale.
• Hands-on capability for code review, on-call rotations, and incident handling.
• Strong commitment to high-quality code and engineering processes.
• Passionate about building an open financial system.
