- Lead engagement and organization development initiatives
- Partner with leaders across functions, markets, and cultures
- Shape employee experience for SA&I in APAC
- Support transformation to growth-, solutions-, AI-enabled org
- Manage projects and stakeholder communications
- Drive data-based insights for continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business/HR or related field
- Minimum 5 years in Engagement/OD, L&D, change management
- Regional/cross-market experience required
- Data analysis mindset and decision support
- Strong communication and relationship-building
- Project management and ability to juggle priorities
