🎯 Requirements

• Retail management experience and daily store operations know‑how
• Sales planning, analysis, and customer‑focused reporting
• Strong leadership, teaching, and development skills
• Team collaboration, problem solving, and initiative
• Excellent Lithuanian verbal/written (min. B1) and English
• Flexible, analytical, goal‑oriented, data literate
