Accounts Payable Officer

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable for multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Process invoices and perform three-way matching
• Support PO creation, approvals and invoice workflows
• Run payments across entities and currencies, including urgent/off-cycle
• Maintain supplier master data and respond to queries
• Assist with Oracle NetSuite testing and process docs

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial accounts payable experience in high-volume, multi-entity setup
• Hands-on Oracle NetSuite across AP, POs and approvals
• Strong three-way matching and PO-based procurement
• Understanding of accruals and month-end cut-off
• Experience with multi-entity/multi-currency payment runs
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication
