Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and own a broad swath of the product: UI to back-end processing logic
• Collaborate with product manager, designer, user researcher, and data scientist
• Develop clean, beautiful code and improve existing systems
• Contribute to end-to-end product development from conception to post-launch reflection
• Work in a Warsaw-based, hybrid office environment with some in-office days

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack experience in large codebases
• Professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript (React and Node.js) or Scala
• Excellent communication across cross-functional and multi-timezone teams
• Autonomous judgment balancing speed and long-term maintainability
• Passion for a superlative user experience and attention to detail
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to learn new technologies
