• Translate high-level product strategy into well-defined epics and deliverables for product and

• Own and prioritize the product backlog to focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Drive execution from planning to delivery, monitor timelines, and identify risks.
• Conduct business and product analysis to identify opportunities and problems.
• Write clear requirements, user flows, and acceptance criteria for ship-ready solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product owner/manager, ideally fintech/crypto/payments.
• Strong understanding of crypto products and infrastructure (wallets, on/off-ramps, cards, trading).
• Business analysis skills: requirements gathering, user flows, data-driven decisions.
• SQL or BI tools experience is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and business functions.
• Strong execution, prioritization, and prioritization skills with measurable plans.
