📋 Description

• Lead a team to deliver multi-object tracking and road property estimation features for autonomy
• Develop ML models and deploy state estimation solutions into production.
• Collaborate with robotics and ML teams to drive V&V and production integration.
• Contribute to next-gen autonomy development toward Ford Large Driving Model.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/EE/Robotics or related; 10+ yrs (MS 8+; PhD 5+).
• Experience shipping learned multi-object tracking systems.
• Proficiency with Kalman filters and other state estimation methods.
• Strong Python and/or C++ skills.
• Proven ML/vision experience; PyTorch or similar.
