🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills — you can translate business needs into technical action.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence
