Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Technology & AI

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Enterprise Tech & AI programs
• Define scope, roadmaps, resources, and track delivery
• Partner with stakeholders to understand problems and outcomes
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and momentum
• Improve governance, intake, and operating models across tech org
• Translate complex requirements into actionable plans for tech and non-tech

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years PM experience delivering enterprise tech & AI programs
• Ability to simplify processes and resolve ambiguity
• Influence without direct authority across Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, Tech
• Strategic and execution excellence, strong communication
• Experience with enterprise domains: data, AI, cybersecurity, infra
• PM methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SAFe; PMP/CSM a plus
