🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Engineering; 7+ years in platform/DevOps/SRE leadership.
• Proven success with large-scale cloud-native transformations (GCP/Azure).
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, Terraform, Crossplane, Docker, IaC.
• Deep observability, self-service, golden paths, Backstage.
• DevSecOps, compliance automation, security-by-design.
• Experience in large production ops in cloud/hybrid infra.
