Medical Lead CEE+

📋 Description

• Lead regional medical affairs planning and execution for Sobi products in CEE+.
• Drive KOL engagement and scientific data generation and communication.
• Interface with Global Medical, Clin Dev, PV and other HQ functions per Line Manager guidance.
• Coordinate with country MSMs and CEERJ teams for regional alignment and budgeting.
• Lead Congress and regional events for KOL engagement and follow-up.
• Support projects and staff rotations as advised by Line Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in medical-science or related field.
• In-depth therapeutic competency and scientific excellence in designated disease state.
• Proven engagement with KOLs and experience with pre-launch and launch activities.
• Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills in English; travel ~30% of time.
• Fluency in English, driver's license, and willingness to travel as needed.
