📋 Description

• Lead and grow the team building Cadence's Clinical Intelligence platform.
• Translate data, protocols, and safety rules into production systems.
• Own services, infra, and evaluation frameworks for medication recommendations.
• Establish standards, testing, observability, and validation for clinical safety and reliability.
• Drive a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering; 2+ years in people management.
• Experience shipping complex healthcare/enterprise SaaS products.
• Ability to present strategy to executives and engage in reviews.
• Backend experience with AWS/GCP, Postgres/MySQL, SQS/Kafka.
• Go programming experience.
• Fluency with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, AI-powered systems.
