🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering, backend- or infrastructure-focused.
- Experience with build tooling and automated testing; familiarity with distributed systems.
- Strong communication and ability to influence across teams.
- Autonomous judgment balancing speed with reliability and scalability.
- Interest in AI-assisted engineering tools and emerging tech.
- Experience designing or operating infrastructure on AWS or another major cloud.
