FAB Production Manager

📋 Description

• Manage production in the FAB team, ensuring goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget
• Directly supervise and coordinate production and operating workers and enforce processes/procedures.
• Plan production schedule, determine material resources, and manage staffing to meet goals.
• Set quality product standards and implement cost control programs.
• Oversee overtime planning, budget considerations, and salary recommendations to management.
• Monitor production costs and analyze production and quality control to identify issues and correct

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in a leadership position preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; reliable attendance.
• Minimum 3 years of DIS-TRAN Steel experience required.
