Technical Project Manager - Hardware Engineering

📋 Description

• You coordinate projects for the development of smart fitness equipment with cross-functional teams
• You collaborate with Engineering Teams, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to build aligned
• You define short- and long-term project goals and guide teams toward delivery aligned with company
• You improve departmental processes and tools, driving change through project management
• You lead projects through all phases from initiation to mass production, prioritising deliverables
• You assess current project statuses, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on project management in product development, manufacturing or engineering
• University degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Deep understanding of hardware product development and delivery
• Experience driving process improvements and managing organizational change
• Pragmatic, proactive hands-on mentality with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (international and domestic trips for production or supplier visits)
