📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of supplier relationships (job boards, media agencies, recruiting
• Primary contact for supplier requests; coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Manage supplier integrations, migrations, new product launches end-to-end.
• Lead strategic marketplace projects: define requirements, scope, milestones, timelines.
• Maintain supplier catalogue, pricing, product info across marketplace.
• Monitor supplier margins; identify new commercial opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in supplier/vendor/partner relationships in marketplaces or related fields.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage structured projects from planning to delivery.
• Working knowledge of APIs and data integrations; willingness to deepen technical fluency.
• Strong operational, strategic, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience with AI/automation to improve efficiency.
