Cloud Native Customer Engineer

📋 Description

• Role embedded with customers and delivery teams
• Support Portworx/Portworx Enterprise, PX-Backup, PX-DR
• Work on Kubernetes, containerization, and DevOps practices
• Design workshops and deployment through day-2 ops
• Collaborate with architects, PMs, and Everpure partners
• Provide hands-on production support in customer Kubernetes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in deploying/troubleshooting production Kubernetes
• Strong DevOps experience in cloud-native tech
• Experience with enterprise customers on-site
• Proficiency with OpenShift/Rancher/Mirantis or similar
• CI/CD tooling and IaC: Jenkins, GitOps, Terraform, Ansible, Chef/Puppet
• Cloud IaaS knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP)
