• Design and operate high-volume blockchain transaction systems
• Build wallet infrastructure and automation
• Improve cross-chain and DeFi integrations

• Strong backend/platform engineering fundamentals
• Experience with live blockchain networks in production
• Understanding of transaction lifecycle on at least 1 blockchain
• Ability to reason about failure modes and recovery
• Experience with wallet infrastructure or custody systems a bonus
