📋 Description

• Develop and execute patient advocacy strategies across therapeutic areas.
• Build partnerships with US patient advocacy organizations.
• Translate strategies into national and local engagement plans.
• Represent the organization at patient events and cross-functional engagements.
• Gather and communicate patient insights to inform teams and development milestones.
• Partner with functions to support patient onboarding and experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in patient advocacy or related healthcare environment.
• Proven success in innovative patient advocacy programs, esp. rare diseases.
• Experience with advocacy strategy across indications and therapeutic areas.
• Engagement with rare-disease communities; understands compliance needs.
• Proficiency with Veeva in compliant healthcare/pharma settings.
