Manager, Learning Deployment

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end deployment of learning solutions across LMS, CMS, virtual classroom, and digital
• Oversee pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities to ensure accurate deployment.
• Manage content organization, inventories, archiving, and maintenance.
• Advise stakeholders on deployment standards, tagging, testing, QA, and best practices.
• Primary contact for deployment questions, escalations, and technical issues.
• Build relationships with global L&D, technology, HR, vendors, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in learning deployment, technology, or related L&D function.
• Experience deploying across multiple platforms and modalities.
• Hands-on with LMS, CMS, virtual classroom, and digital learning tools.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong technical aptitude; quick learner of new platforms.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities and deadlines.
