Transition Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end service and process transitions across client environments
• Develop transition strategies, timelines, resources, and risk plans
• Coordinate cross-functional, global teams and stakeholders
• Oversee training, knowledge transfer, and SOP development
• Provide regular status updates, governance meetings, and executive briefings
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years in service transition, PM, or related roles
• Experience with large-scale transitions across geographies/time zones
• US/global client exposure with cross-timezone collaboration
• Procurement services knowledge; strong service delivery background
• ITIL knowledge; PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
