- Field-based scientific expert supporting Hematology/Oncology objectives across product life cycle
- Primary AbbVie science communicator within a geography to healthcare professionals
- Collaborates across departments; may support clinical development and pipeline work
- Individual contributor role with ongoing capability development
- Travel up to 75% to cover territory requirements
- Territory includes WA, OR, MT, ID, NV, AK
🎯 Requirements
- Advanced degree preferred; Doctorate strongly preferred in health/clinical sciences
- 2+ years clinical, scientific/research, or industry experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving, analytics, and ability to translate needs into actions
- Leadership attributes aligned with AbbVie initiatives
- Skills in scientific storytelling, mobilizers, powerful questions, and active listening
- HCIR credentialing requirements and ability to travel up to 75%
