📋 Description
- Own full-cycle bookkeeping for Xsolla Berlin GmbH (bank, AP, journal entries)
- Prepare monthly trial balance, journal entries, and schedules
- Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Ensure German GAAP (HGB) and GoBD compliance
- Support migration from DATEV to NetSuite
- Payroll-related accounting entries and liaison with HR/payroll providers
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Proven experience filing German VAT returns and corporate tax returns
- Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) or equivalent strong plus
- Solid knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and GoBD
- Practical DATEV experience; NetSuite experience a strong plus
- Understanding of German VAT fundamentals and invoice compliance
