Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for assigned product areas
• Plan and facilitate workshops with cross-functional and customer groups
• Evaluate and challenge ideas using research, prototypes, usability testing
• Translate complex enterprise workflows into clear, learnable interfaces
• Drive design decisions to closure and document the reasoning
• Own and evolve our design system with engineers in Frontend Platform Team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of UX design experience, ideally in SaaS/software
• Portfolio demonstrating work on complex software (enterprise tools/dashboards)
• Proven experience planning and facilitating workshops with cross-functional groups
• Ability to evaluate ideas critically and make decisions under ambiguity
• Strong interaction and information design skills, fluent in Figma
• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing methods
