Customer Success - DACH

📋 Description

• Onboard, enable, and grow ElevenLabs' platform for the DACH region
• Advise customers on production deployment and usage across web/mobile
• Own renewals, expansion, and cross-sell with defined book of business
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn wins into revenue
• Monitor usage and performance data to catch friction and maintain adoption
• Remote-first role; operate across Germany, Austria, Switzerland

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management
• Proven ownership of a defined book of business
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience across the DACH market and with AI agents
• Strong builder mindset; comfortable in ambiguity and driving revenue
• Experience with API Integrations and navigating SDKs
