📋 Description

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and bids for commercial electrical and HVAC projects.
• Review project plans, specs, scopes to determine costs.
• Analyze requirements for Maryland/Mid-Atlantic pricing.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for electrical/HVAC scopes.
• Work directly within client systems and estimating platforms.
• Maintain organized estimating records and pricing information.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of estimating experience within the U.S. market.
• Experience estimating commercial electrical and/or HVAC projects.
• Strong understanding of U.S. commercial construction pricing.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Full-time availability, 40 hours/week; Eastern Time work alignment.
• Willingness to complete a paid skills assessment.
