Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Technology & AI

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex Enterprise Technology and AI programs.
• Define scope, roadmaps, resources, and delivery metrics; report progress and risks to leadership.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align outcomes and trade-offs.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment, dependencies, and execution momentum across distributed
• Improve governance, intake processes, and operating models within the technology org.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable plans for technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of program management experience delivering large-scale Enterprise Technology and AI
• Ability to simplify complex processes and drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, and Technology.
• Strategic and execution-focused with strong communication for executive audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise tech domains (data, AI, cyber, infrastructure, architecture) and PM
• PMP, CSM or equivalent is a plus; experience with asynchronous, distributed teams is preferred.
