Commercial Counsel - SaaS Contracts

📋 Description

• Negotiate and draft technology contracts with customers
• Handle SaaS, NDAs, data processing, and vendor agreements
• Advise on HIPAA and data privacy during negotiations
• Communicate deal status to stakeholders and clients

🎯 Requirements

• JD and active bar in at least one US state
• 4+ years in law, tech industry or with leading firms
• Experience drafting tech subscription agreements for cloud software
• Understanding of IT security controls
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to guide executives and teams
