📋 Description

• Lead growth-focused design across discovery, activation, and monetization surfaces
• Own end-to-end growth journeys from first value to upgrade and retention
• Collaborate with product, research, and data to inform decisions with funnel metrics
• Define reusable growth patterns within the design system
• Partner with engineers to ensure quality implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product design experience in SaaS/PLG or self-serve products
• Strong in funnel thinking across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
• Experience designing in-product discovery, onboarding, or activation flows
• Exceptional craft: visual clarity, motion, and interaction polish
• Strong data instincts to interpret behavioral insights and experiment results
• Experience mentoring designers and leading growth-focused design work
