Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own operational accounting and reporting with detailed analyses and reconciliations of all general
• Manage inventory accounting, reserves, fleet, equity accounting, and stock-based compensation.
• Draft technical accounting memos for debt, equity, and lessor accounting.
• Collaborate with Operations on manufacturing processes and reporting.
• Oversee Accounts Payable processes and accruals.
• Help automate financial reporting and analytics; strengthen internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field
• CPA required (inactive status ok)
• 5+ years accounting experience, preferably in public audit or retail
• Strong attention to detail and financial reporting expertise
• Data-driven problem-solving and process improvement skills
• NetSuite experience a plus
