- Lead US MLR strategy for Falcon MLR with cross-functional teams
- Own regulatory monitoring system with Eng & Product
- Turn customer feedback into product improvements via AI workflows
- Diagnose why Falcon flags occur; root cause analysis
- Automate recurring tasks with AI workflows
- Own quality benchmarks across teams
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in MLR/PRC review of promotional material (pharma/biotech or agency)
- Knowledge of US FDA/OPDP rules and PhRMA Code
- Experience reviewing HCP and consumer promos vs PI/evidence
- Ability to learn dense regulatory material quickly with demonstrated results
- Strong initiative; works well with autonomy
- Hands-on Vault PromoMats experience (reviews, annotations, claims libs)
