Facilities Coordinator, Solar Cells (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Support facilities and construction managers with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and scope
• Coordinate work orders in WARP; create/update RFPOs and manage assets in ERP systems
• Manage contracts (janitorial, landscaping, pest control, waste); collaborate with Purchasing on
• Coordinate vendor schedules, site walkthroughs, and logistics to minimize disruption
• Maintain supplies, equipment, furniture, and inventory space
• Process purchase orders and manage seating charts, audits, and office outfitting

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in customer service, facilities coordination, vendor/contract management, or facilities
