AI Change Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, transformation narrative and integrated employee
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate communications plans, messaging, FAQs and adoption content.
• Coordinate AI governance forums, leadership meetings and action tracking.
• Support rollout of AI learning pathways to build employee confidence and adoption.
• Lead planning and delivery of a major AI-focused corporate event.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead, Change Manager or similar
• Strong experience in organisational/digital/AI adoption programmes
• Ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans and comms campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership influence
• Strong governance experience (risk, issue, dependency, decisions)
• Experience designing or supporting learning and adoption programmes
