Billing & Refunds Coordinator

📋 Description

• Remote role for LATAM candidates
• Own daily transactional workflows in finance ops
• Support collections, refunds, invoicing and journal entries
• Communicate payment issues clearly to users
• Improve automation across AP/AR workflows
• Support sellers and customers with payouts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or progress toward degree preferred
• 4-6 years in AR, Treasury, Bookkeeping or related roles
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Stripe/Oracle Fusion preferred
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and organization
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
