Billing Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Generate and issue invoices using NetSuite.
• Process and apply customer payments; reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales to review accounts and orders via Salesforce.
• Assist Accounts Receivable with inquiries and collections.
• Support month-end/year-end close and AR reporting.
• Identify process improvements for billing efficiencies while ensuring policy compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in accounts receivable, billing, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel: PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, etc.
• Experience with NetSuite; Salesforce experience preferred.
