📋 Description

• Must be a valid driver
• Position provides a personalized blend of in-home and in-community services
• Work across West Metro area, driving to shifts and transporting person-served
• Mileage reimbursement offered
• Wage: $19.50/hour (based on experience/skills)
• Full-time, 9a-5p, Monday-Saturday; schedules may change

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 or 21 depending on person-served
• Education/training or two years related experience
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle
• High school diploma or GED; associates or two years relevant experience
• Willing to drive a 30-mile radius
• Adept with technology and a smart device with data
