📋 Description

• Own supplier relationships across networks (job boards, media agencies, recruiting services).
• Serve as primary contact for supplier requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Manage supplier integrations, migrations, and product launches end-to-end.
• Lead marketplace projects with defined requirements, milestones, and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate supplier catalog, pricing, and product information.
• Collaborate across commercial, operational, and technical teams to deliver initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business roles managing supplier/vendor/partner relationships.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage structured projects from planning to delivery.
• Working knowledge of APIs and data integrations; willingness to deepen technical fluency.
• Strong execution, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using AI/automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
